As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock (we check weekly) and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Typically shipments are delivered to you within 7-14 days. However, these may vary slightly due to Covid-19 (we will keep you informed if anything is delayed for any reason).
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours of placing the order are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Modes of Shipping:
Our various manufacturers ship products through different services. Please look below for your product's manufacturer (the manufacturer is the first word or two of the product name).
Fat Cat, Viper, and GLD Products:
Due to their size and weight, most large game tables are shipped with GLD Products partner freight company AIT Worldwide Logistics. Freight shipments usually take longer than standard UPS or FedEx. You can track your AIT shipment here: https://www.aitworldwide.com/shipment-tracking, using the provided tracking code.
Usually, freight shipments require an appointment. AIT will contact you when your shipment arrives at the local terminal to schedule a timeframe for delivery. Someone will need to be at the residence in order for the shipment to be delivered successfully.
Standard Service Included
All our game tables come with normal Threshold Delivery, which means the table will be removed from the truck by the delivery company and delivered to the first threshold of the delivery destination, usually a front door/porch area.
If you need any further assistance with the delivery, such as carrying it up flights of stairs or getting the table to a certain room, or even setting the table up, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place the order. Note, there will be additional charges depending on what assistance is needed.
